The New Car Dealers Association (NCDA) worked closely with the Ministry of Transportation, the Automotive Retailers Association (ARA) and the Insurance Corporation of BC (ICBC) on an Automotive Services Joint Industry Review, authored by MNP. The review looked at rates issues regarding members with Collision Repair Shops.
