CADA is wasting no time ensuring the new government and the Official Opposition are up to speed on the key issues that matter to dealers.

Fresh on the heels of a federal election that returned the governing Liberal Party to power for a fourth straight term, CADA’s leadership team, Board Executives and Provincial Association Executives, were busy in Ottawa last week meeting with some of the new MPs on “Hill Day” on May 22nd.

CADA structures its annual Hill Day to ensure that the dealers who are part of CADA’s Executive and Board of Directors get a chance to meet face to face with policymakers. “To take advantage of the fact that there’s a new government, the CADA board meeting was held in Ottawa. Some of the MPs weren’t even officially sworn in yet,” said Huw Williams, CADA’s Director of Public Affairs in an interview with CADA Newsline.
