Western Canada’s biggest celebration of the automobile, the Vancouver International Auto Show, is happening March 28 to April 1 at the Vancouver Convention Centre West, bringing over 400 new vehicles from the world’s greatest manufacturers; luxury and exotics; one-of-a-kind specialty cars; information and everything consumers need to research their next new vehicle.

Auto shows are pressure-free environments for consumers, giving them opportunities to ask questions and learn more about the models of their choice from the product specialists from each manufacturer, including the latest technology advancements and safety features.

For the first time in the show’s history, the 2018 Auto Show will take over the entire Convention Centre West, with industry meetings welcoming delegates from across the country and internationally from Russia, Europe and China just to name a few.

Along with the highly anticipated luxury, prototype and new vehicle debuts, the Vancouver Auto Show is always a location where manufacturers look to showcase their latest advanced technology vehicles. The 2018 Show will again feature a significant number of electric vehicles (EVs), and will include the opportunity for visitors to test-drive and learn more about this important, and growing, consumer option. Last year, the Electric Vehicle Experience Test Drive saw a 27 per cent increase in participants over the previous year and we anticipate a similar enthusiasm for this year’s Show.

Vancouver is home to the highest luxury vehicles per capita, and at this year’s 98th annual Vancouver International Auto Show, visitors have not only new commuter, family, economy and advanced technology models to look forward to, but also one of the largest array of custom and exotic supercars from the likes of Mercedes Benz, BMW, Ferrari, Maserati and MacLaren.

On the evening of March 28th, 2018, the Vancouver International Auto Show will again be hosting its opening Gala, which serves as the industry launch event and celebrates this important sector.  New this year, the elegant gala evening will change to a reception format and move to join the Auto Show in the West building to providing dealer and associate members, manufacturers, government and media guests an opportunity to network and mingle over cocktails and fabulous food, and view the most beautiful vehicles available.

The prestigious BC Salespeople of the Year Awards and Community Driver Awards will be presented at the start of the evening followed by a terrific opening party. This is a charity event, with funds going to the New Car Dealers Foundation of BC which provides educations grants and supports the great work of Special Olympics BC.  To purchase tickets to the gala, please contact Lisa So at [email protected], we look forward to seeing you on March 28th!
